Glen’s lifelong motivation has been a desire to help people. Coming from the Navy, he joined the industry in 2006 to deliver holistic, personalised risk management solutions. He is passionate about training new advisers for long-term success in their own business.

Nicola was once a charge nurse, and it shows! She is dedicated to making a difference in the lives and businesses of advisers, so they can pass the benefits on to their clients. Nicola’s focus is on helping advisers with professional development and improving diversity and leadership in the insurance industry.

Back in 89’, Keith was looking for a new direction when someone introduced him to the life insurance industry. Keith is not solely transaction-focused, but growth-based, guiding advisers on how to look after their clients long-term for mutual benefit.

Operations Manager

Deirdre is an absolute powerhouse and keeps things running smoothly thanks to her wonderful skills and experience! She has been an integral part of our family for 8 years, and helps make sure our members are well looked after. We are so lucky to have Deirdre as a vital part of our team.

A seasoned veteran who has worked for over 3 decades building practices, leading the professional body, working in senior management…and still running an agency as well as a coaching and compliance business.

Catherine is very experienced and carries a raft of skills when it comes to quality metrics / adviser reporting / adviser training & assistance. In addition, Catherine oversees and onboards advisers with SimpleWills. We are lucky to have her as part of our team!
